Apparently the de Havilland Grumman CP-121 was built in Canada. It is a Canadian version of the Grumman S-2 Tracker.

I really like this stout plane!

And once again I'd like to express my gratitude to my flickr friendWill S for driving me and John here to the National Air Force Museum of Canada in Trenton, Ontario.

intriguing plane.... in the Aviodome museum they had one, I can remember me as a kid standing before it for a very long time, watching every detail of that bird.
