You like balconies, Chris : P? I don't, not in Toronto anyway. Some of my friends live in condos on high floors and I've been to their balconies. First you can only enjoy it pretty much from June to August, then it's often too windy up there. Personally I'd much rather have more enclosed space than a balcony that I might use several days out of the whole year.

I don't use my balcony very much, but I do love it :-) Also, my building is only four storeys high :-)

Oh! I LOVE low-rise apartments and I love balconies on a low-rise or even mid-rise... anything 8 stories or fewer.
