A 66-storey Art Deco building completed in 1929. Originally the head office of The Bank of the Manhattan Company.

The buildng has since been converted to a luxury residential tower known as the Trump Building.

The Bank of the Manhattan Company was founded in 1799. It merged with Chase National Bank in 1955 to become the Chase Manhattan Bank, and more recently, JPMorgan Chase & Co.
