The head office of private bank Brown Brothers Harriman. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and completed in 1967 originally as the New York City head office of Buffalo-based Marine Midland Bank.

Marine Midland was taken over by HSBC in 1987 and HSBC USA evetually moved out of this building.
