Murray Building from Lookout Tower in Hong Kong Park

Murray Building from Lookout Tower in Hong Kong Park
Hong Kong Park has a lookout tower, which gives a great birdseye view of the surrounding area.

Murray Bldg. used to house many government offices. Apparently it's being converted into a hotel.

In November 2013, this Murray Building was sold to a consortium led by Wharf Holdings for HKD $4.4-billion (USD $567 million, EUR 417-million, GBP 347-million, CNY 3.46-billion). The seller is the Hong Kong government. As this 1969 building has been declared a protected (listed) building, the buyer can only renovate or convert the interior, but not to demolish the building entirely.
