They were taken from the bedroom window to get a clearer view

Very nice, and again such lovely colours. I find it quite tricky getting a good sky picture. I will keep on trying though.

I'm pleased you liked it Rosalyn, I think you need to be in manual mode and under expose take a few to test how much, the aperture doesn't seem to make much difference if you are using automatic focus you may need to lock the focus on the foreground, I don't usually use the lens hood. I hope it helps a bit
