The work on NSR127's doors will be finished by others on the staff, as this trainee has made a significant number of serious errors. Furthermore, AR disappointed us, and the EHSI management team, by walking out of the scheme early, in May 2013.

She left without giving prior notice of her intention to leave, nor apologising for her errors (expensive timber has had to be scrapped) or discussing potential solutions. Up to very shortly before her exit, she claimed all was "in hand" and "going really well" when questioned about progress. Surely, if there was a problem, she was intelligent, and adult, enough to admit it, and ask for advice and help - she did neither, and after wasting more than a week, she gave up and walked off the job.
