I think I see, "Londonderry" in the bottom line of script. Not sure what the top line says.
Just noticed the characters in the lower right portion of the image. NEIL...?

Make a copy and try to play with saturation and contrast, and not to tenderly, just find the version where the wood pattern has the least and the words the most contrast.
I have used this method for christmas birdcount, taking wide angle shots of brown curlews in brown winter grassland with fair success.
Mind if I grab a screenshot and try?

Okay, fully black and white in conjunction with an only moderately heightened contrast make this most readable it seems.
(Thats fun, for curlew counting works best in extreme colourful 100% satuation... much the opposite)
