Darling of the dahlia

Darling of the dahlia
A very, very small ladybug (coccinellidae family) on a dahlia flower. Psyllobora sp I think - either Psyllobora borealis or Psyllobora vigintimaculata (20-Spotted Ladybug). Opinions on ID welcome.

While most ladybugs eat insects, this genus are fungus eaters. I noticed leaf mold on the dahlias - perhaps they eat that?
