North Temple collage, by Paul Heath

North Temple collage, by Paul Heath
This is plywood construction art of Paul Heath. Photo taken at Paul's show at the Patrick Moore Gallery, Dec. 2007, and posted with his permission. North Temple is the street which leads from downtown (it literally runs North of the Mormon Temple) out the Salt Lake City Airport. Most of the places are gone now, recently enough for me to remember them, but sadly I wasn't photographing places back then. The Covered Wagon Motel is still there, but is now under a new owner and renamed the Creek Creek Inn. The Wonder Bread thrift store is also still there. Here's Paul Heath's flickr site:

Update: (Nov. 2014): the City Creek Inn (former Covered Wagon Motel) has been gone now for some time as well.
