Eurasian Jay (Garrulus Glandarius) - Normally a bird which keeps it's distance, whilst announcing that it has seen you - This year there is a large influx of European birds due to the failure of the acorn & beech-mast crop. Sadly my local wood is also short on this natural food source, so the Jays, and other wildlife, are relying more and more on humans providing food.
