Questa bella villa liberty (villa Zanelli a Savona) è stata lasciata andare in modo vergognoso. E il suo futuro non si prospetta ancora roseo.
Lo scorso Novembre si è svolta la conferenza stampa di presentazione del progetto di riqualificazione di Villa Zanelli e del waterfront cittadino. Ma ...
... mesi addietro la Regione Liguria aveva stanziato 4,5 milioni di euro per la ristrutturazione di Villa Zanelli, ora di proprietà di Arte Genova, in attesa del finanziamento di circa 18 milioni stanziati per Savona dal bando per il recupero delle periferie urbane; pervenuto finalmente tale contributo i fondi regionali verranno dirottati per lavori riguardanti la città, in particolare, probabilmente, per la sistemazione di Palazzo Santa Chiara. La Regione, durante l’iter per la concessione dei 18 milioni da parte del Governo, aveva comunque concesso, per Villa Zanelli, 500 mila euro per le spese del progetto di ristrutturazione.
Alla villa sono rimasti solo gli spiccioli.
