Eble la sunfloroj estas pretaj por la rikolto! La kultivitaj sunfloroj, fakte, en Umbrio floras en Julio, kaj en Aŭgusto ili maturiĝas kaj nur en tiu momento ili estas pretaj por la rikolto. De ĝiaj semoj oni ekstraktas la oleon.
