Now that's a lot of metal !! A VERY unusual angle; I like it. Usually, a shot like this is taken from platform level; this looks much more dramatic. One strange effect of the viewing angle; the driving wheels look a bit smaller. I'm not sure if this link

will work but, when I took that shot, the sheer size of the drivers was almost frightening.
The black & white works well too; the fencing isn't bonnie but it just seems to fade into the black.

Thanks very much Dougie. I think the wide angle makes the wheels look smaller as you say. Your link worked fine and Cromwell looks great. Those 6ft 2" wheels stand out especially compared to the 2-6-0 behind.
