Looking through the new building on top of the bath ruin of the roman villa. The former settlement was only discovered around 2002 when the car road through the village was to get a detour route. / Blick durch das neue Gebaeude uber der Badehausruine der Roemervilla. Die urspruengliche Bebauing wurde erst 2002 entdeckt , als das Dorf nebenan eine Umgehungsstrasse bekommen sollte.

Alas this is quite correct, where we got public fully accesible ruins, be it roman, industrial or from the middle ages, folks do the funniest things, at the very least the bad behaved kids put adverisment sticker, graffity tags, stupid one-liner and carved genitals everywhere on the rocks. Then however the old romans already did that too. At Carnuntum some years ago we saw an exhibit on unauthorized "artwork" as it was found in situ at Pompei, and on spolia in all kinds of buildings in towns oof the empire. Quite an eyeopener, their stuff looked much like typical recent vandalism.
