Saint Sebastian Chapel / Sankt Sebastian Kapelle

Saint Sebastian Chapel / Sankt Sebastian Kapelle
Right behind the Prince-Bishop spring is an other chapel. Hard to find out any of it's history and age. One of the graphics bears numbers 3000 - 2000 and 19VI1998 which might be a hint that the building was at least renovated around the millenium.

I know really very little about this one. The only online discussion of it is on the site of some really fun architect that specializes in laylines and feng shui such stuff, and he seems also not to have any info who built it and who maintains it just refers to the interest of it's symbolism. It is not listed as a historic protected building, or it would be in the Wiki list I guess... .and there is a lot motives in its decorations unusual to modern churches and chapels, rather found in 19th cenury church windows and on candles in devotionalia stores close to mystery cults of the catholic outer fringe, like those hearts of the sacred family... inside is the gruesome image of Saint Sebastian, which disconcerted me already as a smal kid when first seeing it in a baroque church, thinking the wild indians got that one, tied to a pole and arrows potruding all over.
