This is not a park, a common or a heath. This is a very very old tree in a very old site.

Physics Garden? The space seems a bit bigger than how I remember the Physics Garden....

No not there but there are similarities. Up until the 1980s it was private.

Could it be the Garden Museum, near Lambeth Palace? I know it was set up in around that time, the late 70s early 80s, though I am not sure it was private before...

Kew Gardens somewhere? Don't recognise it, though, if it is.

Not Kew. Bit further in and other side of the river. (Correction last used in its formrr capacity in 1975.)

Keep going along the river towards towards the centre. Near a celebrated starting point.

Hmm, starting point... Do you mean the boat race? I'm paddling downriver without much inspiration at the moment.

I do. This is in the garden of a very ancient residence of illustrious churchmen nearby.

Its the garden of Fulham Palce. Separate from Bishops Park, given to the local authority by the Bishops much earlier than the 1975 date for leaving the Palace.

Well done Alex
