sony alpha a57slt with an m42 adaptor and an all manual carl zeiss vario-pancolar 35-70 f2.7 lens and a tiffen filter.

pill boxes were constructed all over the country (more in the south east) as germany prepared to invade during ww2. as a last line of defense these would have been desperate places.thankfully never needed, some were dismantled or even blown up, whilst others like this rot away gracefully across the countryside.
