That's what my dear late wife Joni and I called him. We both loved Halloween. I wonder with the Pandemic if any of the little ones will be knocking at our door this year. Officially, our Governor has banned trick or treating in New York State. A wise move I'm sure.

This photo is very grainy because I took it pretty much in the dark without a flash, then upped the brightness a couple of times in Photoshop Elements 13. It seems like I got an interesting texture.

I hope to get one or two, but not too many. As for my birthday, thanks, and you're only off by three months or so, as it's in mid January. I'll be reaching the "Big 70!"

The secret to surviving Halloween is to not eat too much of the candy and chocolate intended for the kids (like I do!). For the older kids (teens) I sometime throw some loose change in their bags, although I'm sure they're hoping for $20.00 bills!

We have started to celebrate Halloween only some years ago in France, John ! Nowadays with the Covid and the poor security in some cities, I am not sure parents will let the kids go and knock at the doors for some sweets !!! We had the same tradition on Mardi-Gras, but the problem will be the same.
