Fodorflex (aka Beautyflex D).
Japanese 6x6 TLR. Produced around 1955.

Another thing that surely has to be done to get that Shutter out of the Shroud is to de-solder
the flash synch wire at the socket (see red arrow) and thread the wire back through the 2 holes in the Assy plate.

After that the Assy Plate and Lens Shroud can be separated from each other.
