Fodorflex Reaching for the Shutter (10)

Fodorflex Reaching for the Shutter (10)
Fodorflex (aka Beautyflex D).
Japanese 6x6 TLR. Produced around 1955.

Well, the Front Cover came off nicely and without a hitch.
But what to do next ?
The Shutter is still firmly embedded between the Lens Shroud and the
Assy plate to the rear.

Even with the screws of the Lens Shroud removed i still cannot take the shutter out.
The arms of Shutterspeed, Diaphragma, Selftimer and Cocking Lever are sticking
through slits in the Shroud. Only that of the Cocking Lever has a free exit to the rear.

Guess that there has to be a way to reach the shutter with only taking away the
Lens Shroud but at this point i'm at loss how to accomplish.

So i'll go for the hard way and probably remove more then actually is needed.

btw That thing lying in the middle of the Front Panel is the Release Button which fell out when i lifted the Cover.
