Baby Citroën

Baby Citroën
Citroën were a later entrant into French motor car production, not established until 1919, although their factory had been a large producer of armaments during the first world war. They quickly established a loyal following, becoming by 1927 the largest car maker in Europe, and this little 5HP tourer of 1923 must have played it's part in their rise.

This particular car was prepared to an extraordinarily high standard, and I think, won a prize in the Concours d'Elegance on the day, certainly a well deserved tribute to a superb restoration. A rather better result from the Olympus AF10 also!
