Underneath the Arches
A last look at Rocherolles, and the secondary arch is more clearly seen than in the previous photo I posted. Not all the arches have this feature, seven of the twelve arches are built thus, seemingly the ones where the the elevation above the river is greatest, although it's difficult to see all of them because of the trees, - I must return here in winter!

Marta, yes mighty indeed, 55metres high, and that's a twin track railway somewhere above!
