Goat Rock

Goat Rock
Although I searched high and low, I did not see a single goat.

This image was taken with a Kowa/SIX medium format film camera with a KOWA 1:2.8/85mm lens and Zenza Bronica 67mm SO56•2C(YA3) filter using Kodak T-MAX 100 film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.

It was a sweltering day!! This normally fog-bound area is usually quite cool in the summer months, but on this day it soared to 22ºC. Those goats must be very spoiled!!

The water is 13º all year round, so the temperatures rarely surpass 17º along the immediate coastline. This day was "hot"!! Apparently the local goats hide in the shade when it reaches 20º!!
