The Post Office @ The Four Corners of the Law.

4 Corners of the Law is used to refer to the four buildings on the corners / intersection of Meeting and Broad Streets in Charleston, South Carolina. The term was used by Robert Ripley, back in the '30s (creator of Ripley's Believe it or Not) The four institutions are.......
1. (Post Office) federal law, 2. (Charleston County Courthouse), state law, 3.(City Hall), local/municipal law 4.(St. Michaels Church) God's law.
