hasselblad 500 c/m
planar 80mm
trix / hc-110 1-100/ 60 min stand

this is from the quick test roll i shot after i replaced the seals on the back. it worked. yay i have a functioning camera again!! the light on the right is from the sun and not a light leak.

btw.. it was -40f windchill factor when i shot this photo.. brrrrrrr... doesn't even begin to describe how cold that is. i literally froze my fingers in less then a minute. they hurt so bad. it took about 4 or 5 hours for them to become normal again.. so dumb of me.. really. i know better.

Luis Raposo, GENIUS LOCI, billd, Bingley0522 and 3 other people have particularly liked this photo

Glad to hear your camera repair was a success! I never doubted it for an instant ;-) Nice work in the frigid weather.

And it's still on. Amazing!! Yesterday was the 4th time they were out here this month trying to fix it. Drives me crazy.

It had been. Last year was the year of never ending snow and it seems like this year is the year of never ending arctic cold and wind.

I simpathise Tricia. Likewise here, never ending snow last year (great for photos). This year, not so cold but 80 mph winds and horizontal rain an almost daily occurrence. NOT so good for going out taking pictures!
