We had a Liberator over here (UK) at Manston airshow a couple of years ago, they were reluctant to fly it but did eventually.

I love to see these old warbirds still flying after more than 70 years. They are the original fly-by-wire aircraft. Not electronic wires, but their control surfaces are actuated by levers, braided steel cables, and pulleys. ; ]
