A Lot More Relaxed...

A Lot More Relaxed...
...now all her children have gone.
She rushes about the house playing with whatever she finds. She has collected up all my pens and pencils and hidden them all over the place. Mostly under carpets and the like so they break when I step on them.
Little is a lot more chatty, and quite often gets on my lap to prance about and let me pet her.
I know there was alot of agro between her and Dee most of the time recently.
The house is still far too quiet for my liking though.
You can just see Kitten's tail and back foot on the chair to left of her tail.

forever is a long time, Smiley Derleth, Jean, Michael Frank Franz and 6 other people have particularly liked this photo

Good to hear from you.
Miss Little never fails to surprise, sounds like she's been busy, helping no doubt :).
Keeping you on your toes ;)

Yes, good to hear from you.... certainly a difficult moment after your hard decision. At least, Little seems to appreciate and it's good to hear that she even let you pet her, which sounds incredible.
Be well and take care, all of you.

Certainly sounds like the little terror is a LOT more mellow without her offspring around - probably that feral instinct for the mother to shoo away her offspring?
And I suppose Kitten has just taken the others' departure in stride then?
Anyway, I hope you get better.

Yes, Kitten seems fine with it as well. He gets to sleep on the bed with me now, without having to put up with Tboy and Tabby.

So glad to see you back and hear that the elders are OK and coping. Love to all the kittys, wherever they find themselves.

Happy to see your post. It sounds like Little is saying 'thank you' for returning the house to relative quiet. And Kitten loves getting more of your attention - you are to Kitten what Kitten was to Tabby: The One Who Matters.

As sad as it is for them to have to move on, it's nice to know the other cats have taken it well, or even with actual enthusiasm, in her case. An end to the growling and bad feeling will make life easier for you all.
