I don't think this voltage is correct. Never heard of Hydro One having 24.9kv before and the pin insulators on the riser look a bit small to handle that kind of voltage. I've seen a lot of odd 12kv around there though.

Actually, this pole was installed by HEPC, or later known as Ontario Hydro (keep in mind that this was before 1999 when Hydro One became one of the successors to HEPC). I can tell because it still has the original HEPC danger sign intact.

Also, the voltages I've seen from these kind of HEPC pole range from 13.2kV to 27.6kV, for all I know. So this would be 13.2kV.
