After an hiatus of four years, I was back in Palm Springs at the right time for my third visit to a McCormick's Palm Springs Collector Car Auction, their 67th. The arrival day, a Thursday, provides an opportunity for relaxed viewing before the lot gets too crowded. I sought out my favourite types.
