Deutsches Museum Verkehrszentrum (17) - 15 January 2019
ADAC (Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club e.V.) which translates as General German Automobile Club was founded in 1903 and adopted its present name in 1911. The organisation is similar to the AA in the UK but also provides (a reported) 44 helicopters to provide a 15 minute response time across Germany. The MBB Bo 105 displayed at the Deutsches Museum Verkehrszentrum, Munich is, apparently, a model which would explain the lack of a registration.
