After Go! Rhinos_001 - 9 November 2013

Much of the time I go about my hobby of photography with focus and enthusiasm and sometimes with a plan. On occasion I am really excited by an opportunity to add a new image to my library and I experienced such excitement when I saw that 'Coral' had arrived in a garden near me.

I very much enjoyed the demanding task of photographing all the large rhinos in the summer public art event Go! Rhinos. [Please see my eponymous set]. On 30 October 2013, they were successfully auctioned as planned and raised nearly £125,000 for three charities. Now the rhinos are starting their new lives and I hope to catch up with many of them.

Previously on display at the Holiday Inn Winchester, 'Coral' is now splendidly displayed at a private residence in Lee on Solent.
