I loved making pesto with ERJ this afternoon. It has been a long time! ERJ brought over all of these little frozen basil mummies (I wish I had thought to take a photograph of them), garlic, and parmesan and we let the giant food processor Aunt Donna gave me six years ago ( ! ) have at it. Lovely individual fragrances of the basils, garlic, olive oil, parmesan gradually combined to make something spectacular. I have a sharp memory of mixing it with mayonnaise for sandwiches.
