White City 


Die weisse stadt der dreissiger jahre hat mittlerweile einem verwaschenen grauton platz gemacht. Zum hundertjährigen jubiläum 2009 wird das beste getan, um die weis(s)heit wieder herzustellen. Bei vielen gebäuden bereits mit erfolg. Mit PaintShop Pro funktioniert das allerdings schneller ;-)

Unfortunately the White City of the thirties has been fading to a shade of gray. For this year's centennial successful attempts have been made to restore the city's brightness. It works even faster with PaintShop Pro ;-)

Aber du kannst dir nur mit deine augen geholfen werden.
Jetzt weiss ich also, dass du das warst: Reinhard begegnet einem Berliner türkischer abstammung und fragt ihn: "Wo geht's denn hier nach Karstadt?" Der türkische Berliner verbessert: "Zu Karstadt." Darauf Reinhard ganz entsetzt: "Was erst 18.00 h und schon zu?!"

Eine alternative sind die fahrräder in Tel Aviv ganz sicher. Allerdings nicht zu autos, sondern zu fussgängern, da sich radfahrer bevorzugt auf dem gehweg fortbewegen und zwar mit überschallgeschwindigkeit ;-)
