I like cooking SUB IOVE:-))) The Hungarian ciusine is very interesting. This year I`d like to co-cook some Hungarian dishes just "sub Iove".

I don´know the hungarian cuisine... Túrós csusza, káposztás tészta, szilvásgombóc, Pörkölts, or Babfőzelék and Eszeteházy torta ....

Hungarians, as a nomadic tribe in the past that was all the time in the hurry, prepare all their dishes in one big pot over a fire. They use many, many ingredients. So one pot dishes - that`s the Hungarian cuisine:-)))

I was one time in Budapest, 30 years ago, I would like to go back one day....

Lokks interesting books, is it only for microwave
