En cas d'étouffement 


# Placez-vous derrière la victime.
# Passez vos bras sous ses aisselles.
# Placez un de vos poings fermé (paume orientée vers le sol) au milieu de son sternum
(veillez à ne pas être trop proche de la pointe inférieure du sternum).
# Saisissez votre poing avec votre autre main.
# Maintenez vos coudes écartés au maximum pour ne pas appuyer sur les côtes de la victime.
# Si la victime est debout, passez une jambe entre les siennes pour avoir un bon point d'appui.
# Enfoncez le poing d'un coup sec, vers vous

Je regrette énormément pour ceux qui ne comprennent pas bien le français, ils devront
malheureusement se fier à la photo pour pratiquer cette technique.
Ca peut créer des situations inattendues si vous n'êtes pas intime avec votre partenaire.
N'oubliez pas que tout ceci est dans le but de sauver une vie et non pas d'en créer une nouvelle. ;-)

Le bouche à bouche n'est pas recommendé dans un cas d'étouffement
car l'étouffé doit expulser ce qui l'a étouffé , ce qui étoufferait l'autre personne
et ca n'en finirait plus de finir
