Honey, Honey

The British duo Sweet Dreams (lead vocalist Polly Browne and Tony Jackson) debuted "Honey, Honey" (Ulvaeus - Andersson - Anderson) in 1974 peaking at number ten in the United Kingdom and hit the lower level of the Billboard Top One Hundred at sixty-eight, weeks before the ABBA single. Polly was the lead singer on the Pickettywitch hit "That Same Old Feeling"

The second single from the ABBA (Agnetha Faltskog, Bjorn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lynstad) album "Waterloo" was "Honey, Honey". The band recorded both the English and Swedish version in late January of 1974 at Stockholm's Metronome Studio. This single hit the Canadian top twenty as it did elsewhere while peaking at twenty-seven on both the Billboard Pop and Adult Contemporary charts.
