hang together

Excellent picture. Two older men walking down an empty street. There might a little chill in the air and certainly the sun is not very bright. They are walking toward a noticeably darker part. I am not sure if they are engaged in conversation and if they were I am curious as to what they may be saying to each other. Are they reminiscing about times past or maybe of the present. Their walk does not seem to be hurried as if they are not too much of a hurry to be engulfed in the darker part of the street, walk or journey. This is a very tender shot amplified by the soft tones and the calm which permeates the whole image. Beautiful work and a magnificent image. Bravo.

or they go to visit their wifes together...
or..................anyway...they are together in past and in the future..
because the friendship is the most important thing of life. You're right... I work the light because I want that the way is dark, because I think they will hang together in spite of everything.
