this is an "osteria" a typical restaurant...with handmade pasta...nad only typical Tuscany plats...:)

HO SETITO PARLARE DI PICI.... MA CON IL SUGO DI NANA (OCA)??????

da noi si fanno sia con la nana che con il cinghiale oppure la specialità sono i pici alla Dodo...e te li consiglio!!

Ma li fate acqua e farina ( senza sale ) e basta?? e alla Dodo come sono??? Davanti ad un piatto di pici potrei farmi veramente del male............... Io li mangiavo sempre quando andavo a pescare al lago di Montepulciano o al lago di Chiusi. Il menu' era sempre questo: Vino rosso ( abbondante!), primo piatto Pici al sugo di nana, Secondo piatto (carne) arrosto misto di nana e carni bianche, Secondo piatto ( pesce ) il Tegamaccio ( misto di pesce di lago e mare affogato nel sugo!!!) oppure Boccaloni arrostiti alla brace, oppure il Pesce brustico ( Persici cotti direttamente sulle braci e poi dopo averli fatti freddare, spezzettati e conditi in una insalatiera con l'olio genuino d'oliva), oppure filetti di Carpa Regina in umido. Alternativa ai contorni le Rane in umido... Sono le 8:52 del mattino ho appena fatto colazione e sto svenendo ripensando a quanto sopra.................................grazie per avermi fatto tornare in mente questi ricordi....sei proprio un'amica!!!

I pici alla dado sono con ragù pecorino e pesto, e sono famosi ovunque, poi ci sono pure gli gnocchi alla lella...che la gente viene veramente da altre città per mangiarli ed anche i turisti quando entrano sanno già che prenderanno quelli che sono gnocchi di patate giganti ripieni di formaggio pecorino con un sughetto in bianco segreto..:P
Oh fedeeeeeeeeeeeeee ci si vede domaniiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!! belloooooo eh ehe h :P
