The whole Voronezh is an inconceivable medley of new and ancient buildings, and usually it looks terrible. But in this case the pink light has reconciled contradictory styles.

Pink clouds are always good, the weather must have been excellent... and railroads are always exotic to me as we don't have them here in Iceland :o)
Is there a wide angle distortion here? What lens are you using?

As I've lived close to this railroad all my life I love it very much and I can't fall asleep until I hear rumble of wheels, it's like a lullaby :-)
I don't use any special lens because I take pictures by a soap dish (in Russia we call this way simple digital cameras, not DSLRs). I took a look at the lens, here they are: Canon Zoom Lens 12x IS 6.0-72.0 mm. So, no distortion in this picture. Though I add some distortion by Photoshop sometimes, f.ex., here.

Mir gefällt der Himmel auch sehr! Früher hatte ich immer Fluglärm um mich herum, als ich umgezogen bin fehlte er mir, obwohl Zuglärm seine Stelle einnahm...:))
