Today (9th of May) we celebrate the Victory in the Great Patriotic war. This is the memorial of the Unknown Warrior for 27 million lives we lost in the war...

About half of the people who has ever lived here in Iceland from day one is in www.islendingabok.is and that is only about 740.000 people, so it is hard for me to imagine all those millions that lost their lives during the war...
