mi ja volis demandi pri tio! :) mi pensis, ĉu eble oni metas ĝin ankoraŭ malgrandan kaj poste ĝi "kreskas" pro likvaĵo, sed la eniro estas tro mallarĝa...

Oni ingas la botelon sur la branĉon kie troviĝas eta burĝoninta piro, kaj fiksas ĝin. Poste, la piro kreskas, ĉirkaŭata de la botela vitro.

Maturiĝintan, oni eltondas ĝin, purigas la botelon, kaj aldonas la likvoron.

Tre simple!
