in 2018 O’Neales’ Baloon has gone and it is now PJ Clarke’s... earth.app.goo.gl/1B8LNY Famous watering hole named "balloon" because it was illegal at one time to call a bar a "saloon" in New York City. Used, among many other stories, as a location of a scene in "Annie Hall."

In 2018 the building on the left is the Trump International Hotel and Tower. Here in 1981 it is the Gulf and Western Building. The green bandstand under the trees seems to have survived. earth.app.goo.gl/A1ebQu

On the 2018 Google Earth Link it appears that the slip road has been removed. This was taken on the morning of the 18 June 1981 and unbeknown to us Prince Charles would visit on that day. Maybe these days there would be heightened security arrangements... earth.app.goo.gl/1B8LNY
