Wow! They certainly know when there is a chance of food, however far from the sea it is ;-))
Excellent shot Nick. Take care and have a good weekend. HFF.

Yes I often wonder if seagulls have mobile phones because of their amazing ability to sniff our a plough at work, it must drive the worms crazy :~) Thanks for your compliment Rosa and your good wishes. I wish you a great weekend too ~~~ Stay safe

I love to watch the seagulls at work and of course being right beside the M25 it is easy for the seagulls to spot the action as they commute from Southend to lLand's End ~~ Trying to get them to social distance is a complete waste of time as they are stuck in a rut. The seagulls up your way probably prefer the very neat ridge & furrow that are so common in your area.
F1 this weekend ~ I hope Adrian enjoyed the first race of the season. Stay afe LGM x

An excellent shot dear Nick!

Ah I know them very well!! Because I always wake up with sounds of seagull here!
Different sounds... Some times squawk, laugh, croon, cry.... I can't say I am happy, to hear them early morning :)

HFF and enjoy your weekend! Stay safe!

Hi Nick

A very nice picture, which I like very much!
I don't think I have ever seen so many seagulls, even at the seaside!!
Maybe since the refuse tips have been converted into 'Recycling Centres' they have nowhere else to go!!

Best Wishes, HFF, a nice week ahead, and stay safe!!

Hi Peter, the gulls enjoy a trip to the countryside and rubbish tips are so yesterday whilst recycling centres suggest that seagulls might be turned into goodness knows what :~)
