Peter_Private_Box club has replied to gezginruh clubThank you so much for your very kind visit here, and of course the star! We have taken many different pictures from along the banks of this canal, same place, yet so different. The thing that remains in common is that there is some interesting graffiti on the bridge!
Love Peter

Peter_Private_Box club has replied to SteThank you so much again for the visit and kind awards! I had been to this location a few times before, but just recently an old pipe which crossed the canal right accross the middle of the picture has been removed, thus opening up the view we have here. This was the first train of the day too, so worth getting here before moving on.

Thank you for your visit here, and the very kind awards. This 2-8-0 was one of the stars of the weekend, and only made one round trip a day with the freight. There will be a few more to upload of the next days working. As I mentioned to Steve, this location has only just become available like this due to the removal of an old waterpipe, so worth a few more visits here now.
Best Wishes

Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Karen's Place clubThank you so much for visiting these old pictures. There are a few pictures of this viaduct in the album, another one from almost the same spot is www.ipernity.com/doc/2247998/49290048
The path along the canal is quite popular with dog walkers too, and offers a lot of other photo opportunities besides the railway. I am extremely happy that you like them!!
Best Wishes
Peter
