Plaza de Castilla, Madrid, Torres Kio and the Hypodermic Needle.
The tall and thin sculpture to the right of the shot is called, irreverently, the Hypodermic Needle.

Andy Rodker club has replied to William Sutherland clubAndy Rodker club has replied to slgwv clubAndy Rodker club has replied to John FitzGerald clubIf you live / work in North Madrid these leaning towers are such an everyday sight that they cease to be 'stunnng' - especially as they have been part of the scenery since 1995. But of course you're right, and they are!
I used to teach at the top of the left-hand tower (top bods at Bankia). The views from there across to the mountains were spectacular. Unfortunately photography was prohibited for 'security reasons!'
Hypodermic is topical!
