I absolutely adore buildings like this. The wooden slats look as if they're holding back the stonework. It's a gorgeous looking building. and the alleyway is super too - with the little drain running through the cobbles

If this was good old England, there'd be yellow lines down the sides of the street and a large pedestrian-zone sign at each end, with a hi-tech information board to tell you what you're looking at, and a few safety warnings for good measure.
