Midsummer's day ... and scorching!
The Convento Monasterio de San Julian y San Antonio can just be seen in the haze (in the gap between the rocks, a bit to the left of centre).

Rosalyn Hilborne, Fred Fouarge, ColRam, cammino and 9 other people have particularly liked this photo

I do, Jenny but not as often as I would like. For one thing, I walk a lot every day and need to relax a bit at the weekend! Second thing is that I don't have as much time as I once did (girlfriend, chores, class preparations etc). Thirdly, I was seriously ill in 2016 and lost the habit of regular mountain excursions.
But, I always try to get up there at least once a year now, and that time will be in late May or early June when the spring flowers should be at their best! With a bit of luck, I might even manage two trips!

Simply beautiful, the landscape as well as its capture.
I really like these blue tones.
Have a nice weekend, Andy.

It does look a touch warm there! It can't be easy capturing the rocks in harsh sunlight, but you seem to do it very well all the time. A lovely landscape as always Andy!

Yes, any blurring is solely due to sweat pouring copiously over everything!
