I could sit and look at that sea forever.

Thank you Jean!
Well, I have spent hour after hour doing just that and I refuse to accept that it is wasted time.
I come here less than once a year and use a few hours here and other places like it nearby to clear the cobwebs and re-charge the batteries.

You really love this part of Cornwall don't you? I'm not surprised at all. Beautiful coastal scene.

That's true, Jenny but it's also about opportunity.
In the summers of 2011 2012 I spent two months in Cornwall as I could then claim unemploymnt benefit because my teaching contracts in Spain ended at the end of June and I had the documentation to prove it. Then I became freelance and I couldn't claim it any more so I could only afford short summer return trips of a week or so. However in 2011 and 2012 for much of the time I had no means of transport except shanks's pony or the occasional infrequent local bus service. So I was restricted to this section of coast. (2 hours walking time from my parents' house).
Luckily, it is beautiful!

Lucky for us that you were restricted Andy. Love these coastal pictures.

I didn't think so at the time because I couldn't get to my favourite sections of coast at Zennor and at Porthcurno!
