Mit Geschwindigkeit vorbeifahren, zielen, Kamera mitbewegen, dabei auslösen. Nicht von der Straße abkommen. ;)

Also eigentlich ganz einfach. Eine Belichtungszeit um 1/25 aufwärts und natürlich eine entsprechende Blende bieten sich an.
